Origins

CCL Consulting Group Private Limited (CCL) is a regional business strategy consultancy firm specialising in entrepreneurship development, organisation development, financial management and strategic marketing. Headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe, CCL influence and operations are also found in Zambia and Botswana. Our conviction is that strategy is at the heart of successful organisations, thus our focus "to provide strategic interventions for business transformational leadership". CCL Business Training arm delivers business training and human capital development programmes to enhance the capacity of our client organisations in strategy implementation.

CCL International Business School is an affiliate college of the National University of Science & Technology and has developed revolutionary Executive Diplomas addressing typical business cross functional challenges. Through the CCL Research Centre, we carry out commissioned researches and develop various frameworks & toolkits for formulating, implementing, measuring, & aligning strategies at various levels of the operation. As part of our internal capacity building, we at CCL have forged strong ties with many local and regional training and learning firms, enabling us to enjoy significant access to both human and technological resources. These ties leverage our capability to generate and share knowledge and experience, and put at our disposal landmark methodologies. The business school is duly registered with the Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education in Zimbabwe and offers specialised courses that are accredited with the same ministry. The business school prides itself on and enjoys a working relationship as an affiliate college of one of Zimbabwe’s prestigious universities, the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Within the purview of the business school are Executive Diploma programmes in Credit Management, Treasury Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing & Relationship Management, Human Capital & Talent Management and Risk & Loss Management.
